Completion Circulating Valve.

The Completion Circulating Valve (CCV) is designed to be run with either a plug or packer. Once the barrier device has been set the CCV allows the operator to pressure test the annulus and tubing.

Once pressure testing has been completed the valve then opens communication ports allowing circulation between the tubing and annulus and vice versa. This allows a diesel or gas cushion to be pumped. Finally the ports are shut off and the valve is positively locked closed.

The Completion Circulating Valve provides the operator with flexibility due to the range of controls within the valve.

When deployed above any packer or bridge plug, the CCV remains closed. An indexing feature within the tool prevents premature opening of the valve. Pressure cycles are applied to the CCV to open it. The valve is then closed by applying either a predetermined pressure for a predetermined time period or allowed to close off using a pre-programmed timer.

The Completion Circulating Valve has great flexibility, as all of the operational parameters are fully adjustable up until deployment.
