Mark Skea - Design Development Engineer.
Mark began his oilfield career in 1997 with Baker Oil Tools. Whilst with Baker he worked on the design of a variety of Completion and Multilateral equipment before transferring to the Shell/Baker Oil Tools joint venture e2-tech and gaining experience of Solid Expandable Tubular systems.
He then joined the Operations and Marketing group of Baker Oil Tools as an Operations Engineer and broadened his experience to include the offshore deployment of completion equipment as well as providing engineering technical support to Marketing and offshore personnel.
Mark joined Omega in 2003 resuming his role as a Design/Development Engineer, keen to take on the challenges and variety offered by a smaller, rapidly expanding and innovative company.

Pamela Stroud - Design Engineer.
Pamela joined Omega in 2000 as Design Engineer. Having started her oilfied career with Baker Oil Tools in 1995 she gained extensive experience in the design of downhole completion tools.
Since joining Omega, Pamela has continued to add to her experience by working on numerous innovative design projects.

Allan Gill - Design Engineer.
Allan joined Omega Completion Technology in June 2008. He began his oilfield career in 2005 with Zeroth Technology Ltd (Zertech) where he gained experience in the design of downhole completion tools, specialising in Bridge Plugs and Metal Seal Technology.
After the Baker Hughes acquisition of Zertech Allan continued to work as a Design Engineer with Baker Oil Tools further expanding his knowledge and experience and working on a number of high profile projects.
Allan has a Bsc (Eng) degree in Engineering Design and is currently an associate member of the IMechE.

Neil Campbell - Design Engineer.
After graduating from the Robert Gordon University with a BSc (Eng) in Engineering Design Neil joined Wireline Engineering Ltd as a Trainee Design Engineer where he spent 2 1/2 years gaining knowledge of downhole tool design.
In 2008 Neil moved to Baker Oil Tools where he worked in the flow control group before joining Omega in March 2009.

David Delph - Electronics Design Engineer.
David is an Electronic/Software Design engineer who joined us from Kongsberg Maritime.
Davidhas extensive experience in the field of underwater/harsh environment camera/electronic systems for the military and offshore industry. David has a 1st class honours degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Robert Gordons University.

Richard Forde - Electronics Lab Manager.
Richard joined OCT in May '08 after working at ODS for 9 ½ years as an electronics technician, where he worked primarily on the build, maintenance and service of down-hole pressure and temperature gauges.
Here he gained good knowledge and experience of high temperature electronics for down-hole applications and insight into managing an electronics lab.
Richard has an HNC in Electronic Engineering and is currently working towards an honours degree in Computing/Software Development.
