Malcolm Adam - Senior Business Development Manager.

Malcolm joined Omega from Zertech where he held the position of Business Development Manager responsible for sales and service. Prior to this Malcolm worked with Petroline / Weatherford as a Wellsystems Engineer within the Completions department.

 

Malcolm began his oilfield career with Otis in the Wireline department continuing on to Petroline as a heavy duty fishing specialist and brings with him 20 years experience during which time he has worked in various locations around the world.

 

 

 

 

 

 

John Donachie - Corporate Development.

John Donachie joined Omega in October 2012 after over six years with Simmons & Company International Limited where he held the position of Vice President responsible for mergers, acquisitions and financing of companies in the energy industry.  Prior to this, he had a  ten year career with Schlumberger commercialising various technologies and with Helix-RDS as a petroleum engineer.

 

John has a deep and broad network having served on the international board of the Society of Petroleum Engineers as North Sea Regional Director 2007-2010 and continues to participate in various technical committees for the SPE.  He also serves on the University Of Aberdeen’s advisory board for the Petroleum Engineering Degree programme.

 

 

 

 

Adam Shuttleworth - Business Development Manager.

Adam joined Omega in April 2012. Prior to this he spent 4 and a half years with Expro North Sea in the Slickline department working offshore on a number of contracts. Adam comes from a solid Intervention background where he gained great experience working hands on with Slickline tools and being involved in major Well campaigns.

 

Adam is currently studying through the Open University for a Bsc Engineering.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fredrik Harestad - General Manager Norway.

Fredrik joined Omega in February 2013 from i-TEC where he held the position as Key Account Manager for the completion product line. Prior to this Fredrik worked five years in Baker Hughes with the focus on liner hangers, zonal isolation, ESP’s and completions.

 

Fredrik has a Bsc in Petroleum Technology and has a broad network from several management positions both in Norway and internationally.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

James Robertson - Media Manager.

James joined Omega in March 2007. Prior to Omega James spent 6 years as Media Manager with Zeroth Technology Ltd (Zertech).

 

James began his career as a Design Engineer with Pelican Scotland and then spent 3 years working in the CAD industry as a Training Manager.

 

Having been involved with 3D CAD design since 1992 James has developed a wide range of new media / digital communication skills including ; 3D Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Authoring, Video Editing and Web Design. James has an H.N.C in Mechanical Engineering.
